Our building process is so efficient that we can often have your personalized home ready for move-in faster than you can buy one on the existing home market.

Afraid of what you'll uncover buying an existing home, or frustrated trying to out-bid other buyers?  We always try to have a quick-close spec home in the works for someone who needs something fast, but because we build for value, they seldom last too long on the market. Good things may come to those who wait, but only that which is left by those who hustle!

Tired of seeing model homes with unfinished basements and trendy kitchens, only to find out it all costs extra? Not only do our Standard homes come with finished, walk-out basements, but many of our standard finishes are considered upgrades for other builders. 

With our construction methods, our prices are not only comparable to existing single-family houses on the market, but also competitive with new semi-detached homes.

Looking to upgrade your lifestyle? Working on hillsides, some sites naturally lend themselves to those who are looking for a more premium house, with upgraded finishes already included, "full walk-outs," an abundance of daylight, and often a chance to build out bonus rooms. 

Prices vary with selections and designs, but generally this category is intended as a moderate step up for those who have a little more room in their budget. 

A limited number of sites offer a chance to build additional function into the house, like a basement apartment that offers privacy for an in-law suite, "boomerang children," or an income opportunity. Or sometimes we design a contemporary home to take advantage of spectacular views!

Prices are largely dependent on the concept design (size of the house, and number of rooms, etc.), but with our reputation for efficiency, your dreams may be closer than you think!
